"Harbor of Praise, HOP Radio, Bible Kid's Radio, and The Preacher's Pulpit Radio" are also referred to herein as "us" or "we." It is a Christian nonprofit radio and media ministry whose mission is to share the Word of God and a message of hope in Jesus Christ with people throughout the United States and around the world. At Harbor of Praise Radio, we believe in the power of faith and community, and we strive to spread this message through a variety of channels, including radio broadcasts, social media, and digital streaming services.

At Harbor of Praise, your privacy is very important to us. • When you use the website, functional cookies are employed to enhance your experience, offering personalized content such as Bible studies and bookmarks for current Bible chapters.

Using Personal Information: Harbor of Praise may use your Personal Information for the following purposes:

• To manage this website and to provide, improve, and enhance our services.
• To publish a portion of your correspondence with your consent, in order to encourage our audience worldwide. We will take good-faith precautions to protect your Personal Information, including removing last names.
• To send you information about other ways to access Harbor of Praise programming online.
• To send you gift receipts and year-end giving statements.
• To inform you about the ministry of Harbor of Praise and how you can help proclaim the Gospel.
• To process your donations and pledges, complete your donation transactions, communicate with you regarding these transactions, and keep you updated on Harbor of Praise stories, results, and key initiatives. (Please note that credit card numbers are encrypted by Harbor of Praise's third-party merchant account provider ("Payment Processor") and are only used for donation or payment processing. They are not retained for other purposes.)
• For communications: We will communicate with you to provide updates and information related to our services, respond to your comments and questions, and provide listener support. Additionally, we will provide any information you request, including published or audio materials, free of charge.
• De-identification and Aggregation. This includes pseudonymization and, in some cases, anonymization. We may de-identify Personal Information or create aggregated datasets for purposes such as reporting, research, or analysis.
• General Business Operations: We use information to support our day-to-day business operations, which includes corporate audits, analysis, and reporting.

Protecting Rights and Interests: Responses to Legal Mandates: We aim to protect the safety, property, and security of our website, business operations, services, and the general public. This involves investigating, detecting, preventing, or addressing fraud, security issues, and technical problems. We also take action to investigate or prevent activities that Harbor of Praise believes may be illegal, unethical, or violate this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Use. This includes its agents, subcontractors, or associated organizations and ministries. The only exceptions are Harbor of Praise's third-party cloud and streaming service providers and, if necessary, its third-party payment processor (collectively referred to as "Cloud Services Providers"). These parties may access your information solely to provide the services described or as stated in the section titled "Protecting Rights and Interests; Responses to Legal Mandates."

You also have the option to decline the collection and sharing of your personal information entirely by exercising your Opt-Out Right, as detailed further below under "Exercising Your Data Protection Rights." 

Third-Party Websites and Streaming Services:  The services we offer, including the Streaming Services, may contain links to websites that are not operated by Harbor of Praise. For instance, if you click on a link to access the Streaming Services, you will be directed to a third-party website to view the content. Harbor of Praise is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of any third parties, including any websites you may visit through links on the Harbor of Praise website. The use of your personal information on these third-party sites will be governed by their respective privacy policies, if available. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every website you visit.

When using the Streaming Services, unless you have configured your browser to reject cookies (as described under "Personal Information Collection: Cookies"), certain information is collected automatically when you click on links such as "listen live" or "click the play button to start." This information includes essential third-party cookies necessary for accessing the Streaming Services, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, user agent string info (e.g., device type), HTTP headers, listener connection timestamp, duration, stream identifier, an imprecise geographic location (derived from your IP address), and details about your computer and connection (e.g., browser type and version, operating system, and platform). It also includes the full Uniform Resource Locator (URL) clickstream to, through, and from our website, including the date and time, cookie number, and the Services you viewed or accessed.
